Respect Is Earned, Not Given
August 01, 2019
The core belief of Absolute Collagen has been implemented by our founder, Maxine Laceby, and that is respect. We respect each other, and most importantly, we respect our customers.
Absolute Collagen’s ethos is the power of ‘SIR’. Every employee and customer deserves to feel Safe, Important and Respected. Yes SIR!
That’s why all of our reviews are 100% authentic and we are completely open and honest about what goes on behind the scenes of our family business.
I believe that respect is earned, not given. It’s one of the most important things in life, especially when it comes to yourself.
It’s taken me many years to respect myself and my personal journey creating Absolute Collagen has allowed me to finally give the gift of respect to myself and now I’m sharing how to earn respect from peers, family, and colleagues in my video below:
How to earn respect:
S.I.R is the golden rule for a reason.
Every person - whether they’re a customer or they work at team AC- needs to feel three things: Safe, Important and Respected.
One way to earn respect is by being transparent, honest, and open. Always make time for your customers. Buying online comes with its own risk, and we do everything we can to make sure our customers know they are purchasing safely, a UK website with a product manufactured in the UK, governed by the best standard agencies in the world.
We also make excellent customer service our top priority. If you want to know how to earn respect, put your customers first. Our #Absoluters appreciate that we take the time to answer their questions, respond to their queries, and make them feel like a part of the family. They know they are important to us.
The importance of self-respect:
You also need to respect yourself.
It’s easier said than done, though. It took me many years to realise that all my past experiences have created the person I am today. Once I understood that I was able to then recognise the greatness in myself.
Having integrity, self-worth, and the ability to appreciate your circumstances will help you earn respect - not just from your family, but from yourself, too.
