Well, what a month!

June got off to a great start with Darcy's birthday celebrations. Being out and about felt like such a treat as we had just had some restrictions lifted.

We headed to London where we meandered and watched the world go by in the sun! It was lovely to see so many people out enjoying themselves. Plus, I met an Absoluter and we had a chat and a selfie, which is always a fantastic added bonus!

We then headed off for a bit of foraging and woodland dining, with a bit of glamping thrown in - such fabulous family fun. What have you most enjoyed with your friends and family?

Now I'm double jabbed, I am feeling much more relaxed about being out and about, although aware we still have to be careful and protect each other!

Have you spotted my personal trainer Paul across our social media and blog, answering your fitness questions? I am so excited to be introducing you all to him, as what I love about Paul is he accepts wherever I'm at, whether I'm carrying a few extra pounds or not. For me, when it comes to exercise it's all about “me time”. It’s time to get out and unwind, it’s not about being a size 8.

Speaking of exercise, I embarked on a 53km trek along the Cotswold Way and absolutely loved it. Such fun, hard work for sure, but so well organised with lots of stops. I will definitely be signing up for more - it’s a great way to see our fabulous countryside!

Did you spot me in the Daily Mail? It was a great honour to be interviewed - people are always so surprised to hear I was a woman with no business experience before my Absolute Collagen journey, but guys, we sure do rock. NEVER underestimate what you're capable of.

I also appeared on the fabulous Brummie Mummies podcast, chatting about my journey and how the skills I learned as a mother are integral to how I run Absolute Collagen. You can listen to the podcast on Apple or Spotify.

June was a great month for me, and I hope it was for you too. Here’s to enjoying Wimbledon and lots of sunshine, and of course lots of strawberries and cream!
