Hi Absoluters - hope you’ve all had wonderful Christmasses and New Years.

As we start a brand new year, it’s a good time to reevaluate things: what could you be doing more of, less of, and what changes might make life better for you?

New Year, New You?

Making impressive resolutions and setting ambitious goals is exciting - but these can be much more difficult to stick to or achieve. Team AC are big believers in small changes that make a big difference - and even bigger believers in supporting one another to achieve our goals!

Plus, we think you’re all absolutely wonderful just the way you are - we don’t want to make “new yous”, we just want to support you in feeling your absolute best.

So with that in mind, we thought we’d put together a handy little guide to forming good habits, which will help you stick to your resolutions and achieve your goals bit by bit. And of course, we’ll be using Absolute Collagen as our example!

Share Your Goals

It’s often easier to achieve things if you share your goals with others - friends, family, like-minded people.

The exclusive Absoluters Facebook group is a great place to start - it’s full of your fellow Absoluters at various stages of their Absolute Collagen journeys, so what better way to kickstart your own? Be sure to join the Facebook group and we’ll help you remember your daily dose - and get creative with how to take it, too!

Don’t Get Stuck In A Rut

Which brings us on to our second top tip - forming habits takes time, and sometimes we can get bored or discouraged along the way. It happens - we get it.

Think of different ways to achieve your goal in different ways - if taking Absolute Collagen straight from the sachet isn’t quite doing it for you, try mixing it up! We’ve got Absoluters who take it with their tea, coffee, smoothies, yoghurts, fruit, juices, porridge - we’ve even had one Absoluter who spreads it on their toast like honey!

There’s endless possibilities, and it’s all about what works for you.

Get Into A Good Routine

Modern life is super busy, and there’s always a hundred and one things vying for our attention. Why not make your new habit a key part of your daily routine to help you remember it?

For Absoluters, this means taking Absolute Collagen at the same time each day, be that breakfast time, lunch time, first thing in the morning or just before bed. Absolute Collagen is equally effective at any time of the day - just remember not to take it with a high protein meal, as the body can only process a certain amount of protein in one go

Plus, why not set a reminder on your phone or laptop to go off at the same time every day?

Visualise Your Goals

And finally, visualising your goals is a great way to stick to them - but this doesn’t just mean picturing yourself enjoying your daily dose of Absolute Collagen. It’s actually a more practical tip than that - what we mean is it helps to store your Absolute Collagen at eye level somewhere you regularly walk past; maybe by your kettle, by your toothbrush, or in a jar near your television.

This is a great way to keep Absolute Collagen at the forefront of your mind, making it less likely you’ll forget to take that all-important daily dose.

So there you have it - what are your top tips for forming good habits? We’d love to know!
